Refund policy

We want you to love your Mood Muse piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned with all tags and packaging intact

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@moodmuse.com.au with your order number. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Note: We do not offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases. A store credit will be issued once the return is received and approved.
